This Shipping & Return Policy outlines the terms under which products and services are delivered, returned, or refunded by Diamond Care Infotech W.L.L in the Kingdom of Bahrain.


1. Shipping Policy

a) Product Delivery

  • We supply IT accessories, hardware, copiers, and related equipment within Bahrain.

  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability and customer location.

  • Estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

b) Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be informed before order confirmation.

  • Any special or urgent delivery requests may incur additional charges.

c) Inspection on Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported immediately.


2. Service-Based Orders

  • For IT support, installation, repair, and maintenance services, physical shipping may not apply.

  • Service completion timelines depend on scope, site conditions, and availability of parts.

  • Once a service is completed, it is considered delivered and accepted.


3. Return Policy

a) Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is incorrect

  • Product is defective at the time of delivery

  • Product is damaged during transit

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

b) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Software, licenses, or digital services

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your invoice number

  2. Provide reason and supporting images (if applicable)

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process

Returned items must be in original condition with packaging and accessories intact.


5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days.

For service-based work, refunds are not applicable once the service has been partially or fully completed.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item has a price difference, the customer may need to pay the balance or receive a partial refund.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch or service commencement.

  • Once an order is dispatched or service has started, cancellation is not permitted.


8. Limitation of Liability

Diamond Care Infotech W.L.L is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, supplier delays, or force majeure events.
